We also use collected data for tracking purposes as described in this Privacy Policy.

3. Information You Provide to Us

When you create an account, subscribe, contact support, or submit content, we may collect contact information such as your name, email address, phone number, physical address, and other contact information you choose to provide. We may also collect user content you submit through the Services, including photos or videos, audio data, gameplay content, and customer support communications, along with any attachments or information you include in those communications.

4. Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Services, we may collect coarse location (such as approximate city or region). We may also collect in-app browsing history and in-app search history. We collect identifiers such as your User ID and Device ID and similar device or app identifiers. We collect purchase-related information associated with subscriptions or transactions in the Services, noting that purchases may be processed by Apple and governed by Apple's policies. We also collect usage data, including product interactions, advertising-related data such as engagement and attribution signals, and other usage data. We collect diagnostics such as crash data, performance data, and other diagnostic logs and error reports.

5. How We Use Information

We use the information described above for app functionality, including providing and operating the Services, invoicing and managing accounts, enabling features, processing requests, and providing customer support. We use information for product personalization, including tailoring content, settings, and experiences. We use information for analytics, including understanding usage, improving the Services, measuring performance, and troubleshooting issues. We use information for advertising and marketing, including third-party advertising and our own advertising or marketing, as well as campaign measurement and reporting. We use information for security, fraud prevention, compliance, and enforcement of our policies and terms.

6. Tracking and App Tracking Transparency

We may use information, including identifiers and usage signals, to track users and devices for advertising measurement, attribution, and cross-context personalization, including in connection with third-party advertising partners. If our activities constitute "tracking" under Apple's definition, we will request your permission using Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework where required. If you decline permission, we will limit tracking-related uses accordingly.

7. How We Share Information

We may share information with service providers that help us operate the Services, such as providers for hosting, analytics, customer support, communications, security, and measurement. We may share information with advertising and marketing partners, including advertising networks and attribution or measurement partners, to support advertising delivery, analytics, and campaign performance. We may disclose information to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights and safety, and prevent fraud or abuse. We may also share information in connection with a business transaction, such as a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide and improve the Services, maintain accounts, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and support legitimate business operations such as analytics and security. 1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Astera AI Services. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy above.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 16 years old and are legally permitted to use the Services in your jurisdiction. If you are between 16 and the age of majority where you live, you may use the Services only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, and that parent or legal guardian agrees to be responsible for your use of the Services and for your compliance with these Terms.

3. The Services

Astera AI provides tools and informational features related to sports betting, prediction markets, and related insights, including subscription-based features. The Services are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. We do not place bets or trades on your behalf, we do not custody funds, and we do not guarantee outcomes.

4. Accounts and Responsibilities

If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or use of your account.

5. Subscriptions, Billing, and Payments

Certain features may require payment. If you purchase a subscription through Apple's in-app purchase system, billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies. You are responsible for any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

6. Risk Disclosure and No Guarantees

You understand and agree that predictions, projections, analytics, and other outputs may be wrong and are not guarantees of future results. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on the Services and for any outcomes resulting from those decisions.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or abusive. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Services, and you agree not to scrape, harvest, or release data from the Services. You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services, attempt to bypass security features, or use the Services to infringe the rights of others.

8. User Content

If you submit content through the Services, you represent that you have the rights to submit it and that it does not violate the law or the rights of others. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, and otherwise use your content to operate, maintain, and improve the Services and to provide the features you request. You are responsible for your content and any consequences of submitting it.

9. Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, features, designs, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and all related intellectual property, are owned by Astera Holdings, Inc. or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astera Holdings, Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to your use of the Services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Services in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, if necessary to protect the Services or users, or for other operational or legal reasons. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute provisions.

13. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms with a revised Effective Date. Your continued use of the Services after the Effective Date means you accept the updated Terms.
